BARRIER-FREE ENVIRONMENT

One of the factors that determines the degree of civilization of a society is its attitude towards people with disabilities, the temporarily disabled, parents with baby strollers, pregnant women, the elderly, etc.

Term barrier free environment in most cases it is used when referring to people with disabilities who use wheelchairs.

Non-barrier environment implies the presence of ramps and sidewalks with a good, even surface, sufficiently wide doors and other elements of the external environment that facilitate the movement of people with limited mobility.

But wheelchair users are only a part of the population for whom the presence of a barrier-free environment will allow them to move freely around the city and visit shops, institutions, establishments and other facilities.

After all, in addition to people with disabilities, according to the law, low-mobility groups of the population also include: temporarily disabled people, pedestrians with prams, and pregnant women.

This category also includes elderly people and children whose mobility and coordination of movement are limited due to age-related characteristics.

For all of them, the presence of a barrier-free environment is a factor that significantly affects the quality of life.

We will organize designing a barrier-free or universal environment, which allows all people, including people with disabilities, to use the surrounding space regardless of anyone’s help, this is an opportunity for people with disabilities to participate in the social, industrial, cultural and sports spheres of the country’s life, to receive a decent education and qualified work, to lead full-time and rich life.
