Luxurious Luxury interior design by Tatyana Antonchenko. Villas, apartments, cottages, houses, studios, apartments, residences, hotels, restaurants, salons, galleries.
Interior Design should not be "typical", it should be exactly author's interior design.
The designer, like an artist, paints the image of the room with its inherent manner of work. Like everyone else, artists, every interior designer has his own style, his own way of interpreting and comprehending a specific task.
At the same time, there is such a thing as "the level of creativity" or "creative outlook" - it speaks of the designer's ability to work with a certain set of styles. This concept does not level the concept of the author's interior, it qualitatively characterizes it.
Appealing to the concept author's interior design, you need to expect two possible ways of shaping the image of your interior.
The first is that the design will be exclusively author's, which implies the minimum influence of the client on the design. That is, I will do as I please, as I "see" this space. This case is similar to buying a finished painting in a gallery from an artist whose work you a priori like.
The second case - interior design is created based on certain key points that are present in all my works. It's the same handwriting.
In this case, the client takes an active part in the aesthetics of his apartment, but I am free to interpret the task "according to my vision."
On my site you see a small selection of my works that correspond to my concept of author's interior design.
The project is drawn up and provided by the client in one copy in the form of a set of documentation (branded, personalized album), designed to give the client a visual representation of a possible design solution, work and materials necessary for its implementation. The project is advisory in nature.
The project can be transferred by the client at his request in electronic form only in (jpeg, gif, png, tiff), but not in the working format of the software in which it was developed.
The virtual tour of the facility/premises is transmitted electronically.
The project is transferred directly client without the right to transfer or sell this project to third parties. STAGES AND COMPOSITION OF THE PROJECT DESIGN
The composition of the design project
Why do you need an interior design project? Why, in one form or another, it must be? What documents are included in the project and what stages of project development await me? Here is a far from complete list of the questions that my clients have. The answers will be in this article.
So.
Interior Design is a set of project documentation, neatly stitched into a corporate, author's, personalized album, which contains the following main and mandatory items:
- sketches of premises;
- working drawings;
- consolidated statements of finishing materials, furniture and other interior elements of the premises.
Sketches of premises as part of an interior design project
These are images printed on paper, 1 per sheet of the design project. Usually, at least two or three angles are given for each room. Such images of premises are made in 3ds max.
The essence of the action is the same: to show the client your design idea from different angles and from the most important angles. Also, these “beautiful pictures” help builders, suppliers and manufacturers to see the design idea in three dimensions. And this is very useful.
It is worth mentioning that it is the sketching stage that takes most of the time to create a design project.
Working drawings as part of the design project
Without these documents, it is impossible to accurately calculate the volume of purchased finishing materials and implement a building structure, even if of an average degree of complexity. Working drawings are the foundation of a design project. All millimeters of luminaire placement, outlet heights, switches, the beginning of tile laying and the type of trimming, vertical sections of multi-level ceilings and other technical information - all this is contained in the working drawings.
They are usually done in AutoCAD. The drawings contain various information: dimensions, tolerances, symbols, explanatory information, a stamp with the details of the author of the project design, etc.
The more complex and responsible the interior design project, the more complex furniture, designer cabinets and structures it contains, the higher the requirements for the qualification of an interior designer.
Consolidated lists of finishing materials, furniture and other interior items
A document that contains information on the number of purchased finishing materials for each of the premises and for a single group of surfaces. The meaning of the document is to show the client and the supplier what and how much to buy.
